Job Description:

This Procure To Pay Analyst role is responsible for managing all aspects of supplier payments, from receiving invoices to ensuring accurate record-keeping. Responsibilities include coding invoices, matching them with purchase orders, securing approvals, processing payments through various channels, handling expense claims, reconciling accounts, responding to inquiries, and maintaining accurate financial records. The role ensures timely payments, accurate accounting, and efficient communication with vendors and internal stakeholders.
