Job summary

Clyde & Co Global Services Limited in Glasgow is seeking a Procure to Pay Analyst (French Language) to manage end-to-end AP processes, including invoices, expenses and vendor payments. You will work closely with French-speaking stakeholders and vendors to ensure accuracy and excellent service in a global finance function.

The role requires fluent French, strong Excel skills, and a proactive, customer-focused approach.

Qualifications

• Finance and accounting expertise relevant to AP/Procure to Pay processes.
• Experience processing invoices, supplier payments, reconciliations and expenses claims.
• French language and communication skills are essential.
• Degree in Business, Finance or Accounting; accounting qualification desirable.

Type: Full Time Time: Permanent Location: Glasgow Working Pattern: 2 days working from the office, 3 days remote Department: Finance The Role As a Procure to Pay Analyst (French Language), you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end accounts payable process, ensuring supplier invoices, employee expenses and vendor payments are processed accurately and efficiently. Working closely with internal stakeholders and French-speaking vendors, you will support financial control, maintain accurate accounting records and ensure a high standard of service delivery across the procure-to-pay function.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Finance & Accounts Payable Expertise
• Proven experience in a similar Accounts Payable or Procure to Pay role would be desirable
• Experience processing invoices, supplier payments, reconciliations and expense claims
• Degree in Business, Finance or Accounting (accounting qualification desirable)
• French Language & Communication Skills
• Fluent verbal and written French language skills are essential
• Ability to communicate confidently with French-speaking vendors and employees
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused approach
• Ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels
• Technical & Organisational Skills
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and Word
• High levels of accuracy and attention to detail when processing financial transactions
• Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team and adapt to changing business demands
