We are recruiting for a Procore Form Administrator/ Systems Administrator to join the IT team here at Octavius. This is a 6 month contract and it can be mainly home based so long as there is an ability to get to meetings in London occasionally. You must have the right to work in the UK to be considered for this role.

We are a leading civil engineering organisation delivering safe, sustainable, and efficient transport solutions across the UK.

The Procore Form Administrator will be responsible for managing the design, build and business adoption of a large number of forms required across the business.

You'll be working on…. (what your role and responsibility is)

  • Collaborate with senior leadership and process owners to ensure Business Management System (BMS) processes and forms are updated
  • Help lead the digitalisation of Business Management System procedures and forms into Procore
  • Provide feedback, review, and sign off your Procore outputs with senior leadership and process owners
  • Liaise with internal project teams and external stakeholders (clients, designers, and suppliers) to test your Procore innovations before release
  • Make a business-wide impact by writing how-to guides and organising communications on your Procore innovations
  • Provide Procore training on the changes being implemented (mostly remote but some travel to site might be required)
  • Establish the effort and timescales for the above activities
  • Ensure forms are delivered based on the most appropriate architecture
  • Maintain the overall form progress tracker, complete estimates for remaining activity and report against progress

  • Experience as a system administrator (preferably within Procore)
  • Experience working with senior stakeholders
  • Experience in writing training guides / delivering system training
  • Experience as a “train the trainee"
