Job summary

Diversey a Solenis Company is seeking a Production Operative for our Processing area in the UK. You will mix chemicals, operate machinery, and handle end-of-shift paperwork while maintaining safety and quality on a fast-paced line.

The role requires teamwork, basic computer skills, and a willingness to engage in process improvements. A competitive salary is complemented by a rotational shift allowance and full-time permanent employment.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with SAP are required.
• FLT license desirable but not essential.
• Experience in manufacturing/production environments preferred.
• Ability to work in a team.
• Willingness to participate in process improvement projects.

Responsibilities

• Operate processing machinery at various stages of the production line.
• Sort and weigh materials to meet specifications.
• Anticipate production issues and adjust to avoid slowdowns.
• Perform simple maintenance on machines.
• Complete shift paperwork accurately.
• Support other operators to reduce fatigue and maintain productivity.
• Report malfunctions to supervision promptly.
