Job summary

Omega Resource Group is seeking a Process Technology Lead Engineer for a flagship Telford, Shropshire operation within a leading FMCG manufacturing group. You will own the technical authority for manufacturing processes, driving improvements across process capability, yield, OEE and energy efficiency.

The role requires a chemistry/engineering background, strong data analysis and cross-functional collaboration, with opportunities for progression into senior technical leadership.

Qualifications

• Degree in Chemical/Process Engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in process manufacturing environments.
• Strong understanding of process optimisation.

Responsibilities

• Lead site process technology and optimisation initiatives.
• Coach production teams in manufacturing standards and best practices.
• Improve process capability, OEE, yield, and CIP effectiveness.
• Support NPD and process validation activities.
