As a Process Technologist reporting into the Senior Process Technologist for a food manufacturing business, you’ll manage product launches.
My client has a proud history of developing food enjoyed in millions of homes every year. Their portfolio includes a range of products and own-label brands available in supermarkets nationwide.
This role suits a Process, Technical, Operations, Engineering, or Food Science / Food Technology graduate with good knowledge of concept-to-launch protocols and Food Manufacturing practices within the UK.
Daily responsibilities include supporting project delivery for product launches, managing all process aspects from ordering materials and packaging to factory trials and pre-production runs. Attention to detail and organization are essential for collating and reporting data, arranging shelf-life, nutritional, and microbiological testing, and verifying finished product artwork.
Qualifications include Process experience in UK food manufacturing, with knowledge of concept-to-launch protocols and practices. Strong project management and IT skills are required.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills are essential. A Food Science or Food Nutrition degree is desirable. Please note, sponsorship is not available for this role.
