Jazz Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a Process Technician Coordinator to manage manufacturing and packaging processes for Botanical Drug Product (BDP) in a regulated environment. You will ensure batch documentation aligns with cGMP, oversee scheduling, and mentor technicians to uphold quality and safety standards.

The role emphasizes collaboration across departments, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to process improvements while maintaining EH&S compliance and company values.

Qualifications

• Experience in a regulated production environment, ideally within pharmaceutical/chemical or food industry.
• Demonstrated numeracy skills and data recording accuracy.
• Proven ability to supervise or lead a small team in manufacturing.
• Ability to follow cGMP procedures and maintain batch records to standard.

Responsibilities

• Maintain cGxP and EH&S knowledge as part of daily duties.
• Ensure delivery against schedule for all BDP production batches.
• Process BDP batch documentation per cGMP and SOPs.
• Record manufacturing conditions in batch logs and equipment logs.
• Train and coach new starters in BDP manufacturing and packaging processes.
• Identify improvements and implement cost/efficiency enhancements across BDP production.
