Job summary

Jazz Pharmaceuticals, Inc. is seeking a Process Technician Coordinator to oversee all manufacturing and packaging processes for our Botanical Drug Product (BDP). You will ensure cGMP compliance, safety, and timely batch delivery while coordinating documentation and training colleagues.

The role requires experience in regulated production, leadership, and strong numeracy with Excel/Word proficiency. You will work in a dynamic team, driving improvements and completing extra tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Background in a regulated production environment, preferably pharmaceutical, chemical, or food industry.
• Relevant qualifications in the Pharmaceutical industry (e.g., NVQs).
• Proven experience in team supervision or leadership.
• Strong numeracy, communication (written and verbal), and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a primary focus on quality to ensure all cGMP standards are met.
• Ensure timely delivery of all BDP production batches.
• Process all BDP batch documentation in accordance with cGMP and current procedures.
• Adhere to the Health and Safety at Work Act 1974, ensuring safety for yourself and others.
• Perform routine micro testing in the Commercial Manufacturing Suite (CMS).
• Liaise with various departments on BDP production scheduling.
• Train other technicians on new processes and manufacturing techniques.
• Identify and implement improvements across all BDP production processes.
• Complete any extra tasks assigned by production management.

About the Role: Process Technician Coordinator
