Nuffield Health is seeking a Process Technician for the Wetherby HSSU Hub, Sterile Services. The role is permanent, full time, offering £25,038 per annum for 37.5 hours weekly. Typical shifts run Wednesday to Friday 08:00-16:00 and 10:00-16:00 on weekends, with Saturday and Sunday duties.

You’ll join the UK’s largest Healthcare Charity, contributing to supplying sterile and disinfected medical devices. You’ll bring basic education, literacy and numeracy, solid organisation and communication

Qualifications

• Basic education with proven literacy and numeracy skills.
• Good communication skills and evidence of sterile services training preferred.
• Experience in a sterile services environment is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Ensure all equipment is in good working order.
• Regularly check medical equipment for damage and report faults.
• Maintain a clean and tidy work environment.
• Take action to resolve problems and escalate as needed.
• Maintain accurate records in line with policies and procedures.

As a Process Technician at our Wetherby HSSU Hub you’ll bring a basic standard of general education with proven literacy and numeracy skills. You’re organised with good communication skills – and ideally, you’re able to show evidence of sterile services training.

As a Process Technician, you will:

• Help to ensure all equipment is in good working order

• Regularly check medical equipment for damage and report any faults

• Maintain a clean and tidy work environment

• Take action to resolve any problems

• Escalate issues where necessary

• Maintain accurate records and documentation in line with our policies and procedures
