Our CryoEM team manufactures the precision products our customers rely on every day, and as a Process Technician for a 9 month fixed term contract you will be at the heart of that. Working in a well-organised laboratory environment, you will prepare and mix liquid reagents, assemble and handle very small components, and carry out the quality control checks that confirm every consumable product meets specification before it reaches a customer. This is hands‑on, detail-driven work that suits someone who takes pride in doing things accurately and consistently. You will follow established SOPs closely, keep clear production records, and work alongside a small team who are continually looking for better ways to run the process. If you enjoy spotting improvements as well as delivering output, you will fit in well. Full training is provided, including the safe handling of chemicals and hazardous waste, so previous laboratory experience is welcome but not essential. This is a full-time, site-based role at our Melbourn headquarters, working standard hours Monday‑Friday with occasional flexibility required to meet production demand.
