Are you someone who thrives on precision, enjoys well-structured processes, and finds satisfaction in seeing complex plans come together? Do you want to play a key role in ensuring that 3.8 million students receive fair and consistent results?

At AQA, we don’t just run exams—we shape futures. We’re seeking a candidate who can lead in preparing our examiners and moderators to mark with confidence and consistency. You will orchestrate training and quality assurance processes that uphold the highest standards of assessment quality.

We offer numerous benefits, including a pension scheme (up to 11.5% employer contributions), a 35-hour workweek, 25 days annual leave plus additional time during December closures and bank holidays, access to network groups (LGBTQ+, neurodiversity, disAbility, women’s empowerment, wellbeing, ethnic minorities, and more), an extensive online learning platform, volunteering days, and more. AQA is committed to diversity and inclusion, valuing and supporting everyone regardless of background or identity.

You will collaborate with a passionate team of experts in logistics, assessment, and post-results processing. Your role will be pivotal in planning, innovating, and continuously improving our processes within a high-stakes environment.

This isn’t just another coordination role. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and delivering processes that impact the integrity of national qualifications
  • Driving innovation in examiner training and support
  • Building relationships with senior staff and internal teams to deliver exceptional experiences
  • Embedding a culture of continuous improvement and leveraging technology for smarter, faster, and better outcomes

We are looking for someone who is a natural planner, a confident communicator, and a leader without needing a formal title. If you have experience in regulated environments, managing complex projects, and motivating teams—this is your opportunity.
