Job summary

Adecco is hiring a Process Plant Operator in Hull to operate and monitor specialist plant machinery and ensure smooth production processes. The role includes routine inspections, feeding raw materials, and maintaining safety and quality standards.

Full training will be provided to develop expertise in the company’s specialist processes. The position offers a permanent, full-time role with 12-hour shifts on a 4 on / 4 off pattern, and a comprehensive training program to build proficiency across

Hull | £37,503.45 | Permanent | 4 On / 4 Off

Adecco is recruiting for a Process Plant Operator to join a specialist manufacturing business in Hull.

This is a hands-on role operating and monitoring critical industrial plant and production machinery. Full training will be provided on the company's specialist processes, making this a great opportunity for someone with manufacturing, processing or machine-operating experience looking to develop further.

The Role

• Operate and monitor specialist plant machinery
• Monitor process conditions and equipment performance
• Carry out routine plant inspections
• Identify and report faults or abnormal operating conditions
• Feed raw materials into the production process
• Complete production and batch records
• Maintain excellent Health & Safety, quality and housekeeping standards
• Work alongside Production, Maintenance and Quality teams

What We’re Looking For

• Previous manufacturing, processing or industrial experience
• Experience operating or monitoring machinery
• Good Health & Safety awareness
• Ability to follow operating procedures
• Good attention to detail
• Comfortable working within an industrial environmentExperience with kilns, mixers/blenders, conveyors, bulk materials, FLTs or basic mechanical fault finding would be advantageous but isn’t essential.

• £37,503.45 salary
