Overview

Process Optimisation Expert role at TieTalent within the Centre of Process Excellence. The role focuses on SAP S/4HANA process design and driving process excellence initiatives across the business. The expert will partner with business and programme teams to identify high-impact opportunities for process optimisation and to develop strategic improvement roadmaps based on completed business process mapping.

Responsibilities

• Drive SAP S/4HANA process design to support process excellence across the business.
• Identify high-impact opportunities for process optimisation in collaboration with business and programme teams.
• Develop strategic improvement roadmaps leveraging insights from completed business process mapping.
• Facilitate workshops and provide training/coaching on process improvement methods as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong process mapping skills & experience
• Process thinking skills / process excellence experience
• Practical exposure to process optimisation or operational excellence within SAP S/4HANA, or other ERP large-scale transformation initiatives, using structured problem-solving and process improvement tools
• Experience of using or managing BPM applications
• Demonstrable experience applying Lean, Six Sigma, or comparable continuous improvement methodologies to process design, optimisation, or transformation projects
• Confident presenter and live process mapping workshop facilitator
• Experienced in providing training and coaching
• Desirable: Experience working with financial or quality process controls
• Desirable: Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or above) or experience in leading or supporting Lean/Six Sigma projects, with evidence of value delivered in business process environments
• Desirable: Track record of facilitating or coaching process improvement or optimisation activities in complex, data-driven environments, such as SAP S/4HANA projects or comparable ERP settings
