Job summary

Roxel UK is seeking four process operatives to join the Summerfield, Kidderminster site, with roles in either Hardware or Powder Plant. You will perform daily tasks, manufacture and finish products per approved methods, and maintain clean, safe workstations.

You will escalate faults, keep training up to date, participate in improvement projects and attend planning and risk assessment meetings. A security clearance is required for employment at Roxel UK.

Qualifications

• Self-motivated and able to work under pressure with a mature and professional attitude.
• Follow instructions and maintain a methodical, thorough approach.
• Pay attention to detail and follow standards, procedures and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily activities in accordance with plans, and as directed by the Cell Leader or Cell Manager.
• Manufacture, produce, assemble and finish products in accordance with approved methods of manufacture.
• Ensure work stations and environment are clean, safe and maintained.
• Escalate equipment and facility faults to Cell Supervision.
• Maintain training to enable the operative to perform duties and participate in improvement projects.
