Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL is recruiting a Process Operator/Forklift Driver in Havant for a 40-hour, three-shift rotating pattern (0700–1445, 1445–2245, 2245–0700). A current Counter Balance licence is required.

The role includes setting up machines, handling raw materials, and performing quality checks to meet production targets. Prospective candidates should be reliable, literate and numerate, with the ability to work both in a team and on their own initiative.

Qualifications

• Must have current Counter Balance Licence.
• Good literacy and numeracy.

Responsibilities

• Set up machines to specified requirements and monitor quality.
• Request, measure and load raw materials as required.
• Maximise machine outputs and meet production targets.
• Carry out first-off QC tests and report deviations to supervision.
• Keep production status informed to Shift Supervisor.
• Follow ISO 9001 procedures to maintain product quality and services.
• Maintain good housekeeping and safe working conditions.
• Adhere to health and safety policies and use protective equipment.
