Job summary

Kingdom Services Group in Havant is seeking a Facilities Waste Operative / Forklift Operator to join our busy site. You will work an independent shift, operating a Counterbalance forklift and supporting waste and facility tasks throughout the production area.

This role offers stable hours, Monday to Friday, 8am–4pm, with full training provided and an emphasis on safety and efficiency in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• Valid forklift truck licence (Counterbalance)
• Experience within a warehouse/logistics environment
• The physical capability to handle lifting up to 20kg
• A thick skin for a fast-paced food manufacturing environment
• Strong work ethic and punctuality

Responsibilities

• Safely operate Counterbalance forklift to keep the facility moving.
• Move and collect materials directly to and from the busy production areas.
• Support the management of waste and recycling operations across the site.
• Carry out general facilities support duties, routine inspections, and minor building maintenance tasks to maintain a safe, clean, and efficient working environment.

Role information

• Base rate of £13.65
• 8am - 4pm
• Monday - Friday
• Full Training Provided:
• Independent Role

Your daily duties will include:

• Safely operating Counterbalance trucks to keep the facility moving.
• Moving and collecting materials directly to and from the busy production areas.
• Supporting the management of waste and recycling operations across the site.
• Carrying out general facilities support duties, routine inspections, and minor building maintenance tasks to maintain a safe, clean, and efficient working environment.

What We Need From You

• Either a valid, recognised forklift truck licence (Counterbalance).
• Experience within a warehouse, logistics, or industrial environment.
• The physical capability to handle lifting up to 20kg comfortably.
• A thick skin for a fast-paced food manufacturing environment
• Strong work ethic andpunctuality
