Arla Foods Felinfach is hiring a Process Operator to join our Production team. You will operate and monitor core manufacturing processes, follow validated procedures, and perform checks to ensure safety, quality and efficiency in line with HACCP standards.

Working with the Shift Production Lead and colleagues, you will contribute to delivering the production plan, maintain hygienic practices, complete accurate records, and support continuous improvement across dairy processing and packing lines.

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and reliable Process Operator to join our Production team at Felinfach.

In this hands‑on role, you will help operate and control our manufacturing processes, working to established procedures and Critical Process Control Points to safely and efficiently deliver the production plan. You will work across a range of manufacturing activities and, following appropriate training, operate both manual and automated process control systems.

Working closely with the Shift Production Lead, the Shift Production Manager and colleagues across the site, you will play an important part in maintaining production performance, quality, food safety, hygiene and health & safety standards.

You are a practical and safety-conscious team player who takes pride in doing things right first time. You understand the importance of following procedures, completing accurate checks and records, and taking appropriate action when something isn't right.

You communicate well with others and enjoy being part of a team, while being confident taking responsibility for your own work. You will be comfortable working within a busy manufacturing environment where safety, quality and operational performance are key priorities.
