Job summary

Arla is seeking a Process Operator at Felinfach to operate and control manufacturing processes, following procedures and Critical Process Control Points to safely deliver the production plan. You will gain training to work with manual and automated control systems, contributing to safety, quality and efficiency on the production line.

You will be joining a team-focused environment where keeping production running smoothly, maintaining hygiene and food safety standards, and following HACCP

Qualifications

• A strong commitment to health & safety, food safety, hygiene and quality.
• Ability to work effectively within a production team and communicate across the site.
• Practical approach to operating manufacturing equipment and following process requirements.
• Ability to accurately complete process, quality and stock records.
• Willingness to learn how to operate site processing and packing systems (manual & automated).
• Knowledge or experience of membrane filtration, evaporation and drying in dairy/whey manufacturing is advantageous.
• Relevant qualifications in Dairy Hygiene, HACCP, IOSH Health & Safety and fork truck operation are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Operate and control manufacturing processes in line with procedures and Critical Process Control Points.
• Support production targets while maintaining safety, quality and hygiene standards.
• Record checks and data accurately; communicate issues to the team promptly.
• Collaborate with shifts and other site colleagues to sustain production performance.
