Qualifications

• Basic computer literacy and ability to use site equipment.
• HACCP awareness or related certifications are advantageous but not essential.

Responsibilities

• Clean processing equipment and production lines to required standards.
• Maintain hygiene and support food safety procedures site-wide.
• Cover intake duties when required, ensuring safe receipt of materials.
• Support other departments to meet hygiene targets.

About the role

As a Hygiene Operator at Felinfach, you will play an important role in maintaining the high standards of hygiene, food safety, and cleanliness that support our manufacturing operation. Working across production areas, you will be responsible for cleaning processing equipment and production lines to the required standards, helping departments achieve hygiene targets and ensuring compliance with food safety procedures.

You will also have the opportunity to develop your skills by providing cover for intake duties when required, supporting the safe and efficient receipt of raw materials and ingredients into the site.
