Job summary

Plymouth-based medical manufacturing company seeks Cleanroom Assembly Operatives to join a controlled, hygienic production environment in Plympton, Plymouth. The role involves assembling small medical components, following strict procedures and quality checks to ensure products meet hygiene standards.

You will work as part of a cleanroom team, with rotating shifts and ongoing temporary-to-permanent opportunities. Training is provided, and a clean, professional working environment is offered.

Do you have experience working in a cleanroom, medical, pharmaceutical or food hygiene environment? We’re looking for Cleanroom Assembly Operatives to join a well-established specialist medical manufacturing company based in Plympton, Plymouth.

This is a great opportunity for someone who has experience working in a controlled, clean or hygiene-critical environment and enjoys detailed, precise work where quality really matters.

You’ll be working as part of a cleanroom team, assembling small medical components and following strict procedures to ensure products meet the required quality and hygiene standards.

What you'll be doing

• Assembling small medical components within a controlled cleanroom environment
• Following detailed work instructions and cleanroom procedures
• Carrying out quality checks and ensuring work is completed to a high standard
• Maintaining excellent hygiene and cleanliness standards
• Following health & safety and company procedures
• Working as part of a team to meet production targets

What experience do you need?

• Cleanroom manufacturing
• Medical or pharmaceutical manufacturing
• Food manufacturing / food hygiene
• Other controlled or hygiene-critical production environments

You’ll need to be comfortable working to strict procedures, have good attention to detail and take pride in producing high-quality work.

Previous assembly or manufacturing experience would be an advantage, but the key requirement is experience working in a clean, controlled or hygiene-focused environment.
