Job summary

TQR Consultancy Ltd in Plymouth (Plympton) is seeking reliable Cleanroom Assembly Operatives to join a specialist medical manufacturing company. You will work in a controlled cleanroom, assembling small medical components and following strict procedures to meet hygiene and quality standards.

You will perform quality checks, maintain high hygiene, and work as part of a team to hit production targets on rotating shifts (6:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00).

Qualifications

• Experience in cleanroom manufacturing
• Experience in medical/pharma manufacturing
• Experience in food manufacturing/food hygiene
• Experience in controlled or hygiene-critical production environments

Do you have experience working in a cleanroom, medical, pharmaceutical or food hygiene environment?

We're looking for Cleanroom Assembly Operatives to join a well-established specialist medical manufacturing company based in Plympton, Plymouth.

This is a great opportunity for someone who has experience working in a controlled, clean or hygiene-critical environment and enjoys detailed, precise work where quality really matters.

You’ll be working as part of a cleanroom team, assembling small medical components and following strict procedures to ensure products meet the required quality and hygiene standards.

What you’ll be doing

• Assembling small medical components within a controlled cleanroom environment
• Following detailed work instructions and cleanroom procedures
• Carrying out quality checks and ensuring work is completed to a high standard
• Maintaining excellent hygiene and cleanliness standards
• Following health & safety and company procedures
• Working as part of a team to meet production targets
