Job summary

The Best Connection Group Limited is seeking a Process Operative at our Erdington, Birmingham site. This hands-on role involves loading metal sheets into production machinery, operating equipment after training, and inspecting components to meet strict quality standards.

You should be physically fit, dependable, able to work rotating shifts, and committed to health and safety. Training is provided for those new to manufacturing, with a structured, ongoing temporary assignment and weekly pay.

Qualifications

• Physically fit and able to perform repetitive lifting.
• Good eye for detail and quality inspection.
• Able to work rotating shifts.
• Reliable with good timekeeping and attendance.
• Manufacturing or production experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Load sheets of metal into production machinery (up to 11kg).
• Operate machinery following training.
• Visually inspect finished components.
• Maintain quality standards and attention to detail.
• Follow health & safety procedures at all times.
• Keep work areas clean and organised.
