Job summary

React Recruitment Ltd in Dartford is seeking a Process Operator to join a manufacturing environment on rotating shifts from Monday to Friday. Salary is £30,550 per annum inclusive of shift allowance, with a comprehensive benefits package and 37.5 hours per week.

The role requires accurate batch documentation, GMP/H&S compliance, and liaising with Quality Control. Ideal candidates will be team-spirited, motivated and flexible with a proactive approach to initiative.

Qualifications

• Experience in production/manufacturing environments preferred.
• Able to follow GMP and H&S requirements.
• Accurate completion of batch documentation.
• Liaise with Quality Control on batch passing and utilities if required.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture dispersion products in a production setting.
• Accurately complete batch documentation and records.
• Ensure compliance with GMP and H&S protocols.
• Collaborate with Quality Control to pass batches and support utilities when asked.

Process Operator needed – the role works rotating shifts, Monday to Friday.

Package: £30,550 pa inc shift allowance + excellent benefits package

Hours: One week Monday to Friday 6am to 2pm

One Week Monday to Friday 1.50pm to 10pm

(finishing at 8.30am on Friday)

37.5 hours per week, monthly pay

Location: Dartford – candidates with own transport preferred

The ideal candidate to fulfil the role of Process Operator will come from a production, processing or manufacturing environment – food, pharma etc

Process Operator Responsibilities:

• The manufacture of dispersion products
• Accurately completing batch documentation
• Complying with Good Manufacturing Practice and H&S requirements
• Liaising with Quality Control staff on the timely passing of batches and assisting in utility functions if requested.

Process Operator candidates should have:

• An ability to work within a team
