Job summary

Cytiva in Braunton, UK is hiring a Production Operative to join our manufacturing team. You will assemble, test, inspect and package products, ensuring quality and safety standards are met while working within Lean Manufacturing guidelines.

You will perform precise assembly tasks, operate machinery safely, and contribute to efficiency improvements. Flexibility with shifts and a good eye for detail are essential to help us meet production targets and deliver reliable products, while Kaizen

What You’ll Do

• Manufacture, inspect, test and package products in line with quality, health and safety standards, ensuring all products meet required specifications and cosmetic standards.
• Carry out precise, delicate and repetitive assembly tasks, including fitting tubing and connectors, boxing products, and operating machinery or workstations safely and efficiently.
• Meet production targets, support production priorities, and contribute to continuous improvement by identifying ways to increase efficiency, reduce costs and improve processes.

Who You Are

• Reliable, punctual, motivated and flexible, with a positive attitude and the ability to work well as part of a team.
• Literate, numerate and highly attentive to detail, with a willingness to learn Lean Manufacturing principles and participate in Kaizen events.
• Prepared to work unsociable shift patterns and able to stand for 8- or 12-hour shifts.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Experience with machine operating or working in a clean room environment
