Job summary

Cytiva, part of Danaher, is seeking a degree-qualified engineer to join our manufacturing operations in Wales. You will drive lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and TPM to raise OEE, reduce waste, and ensure Right First Time performance across processes, equipment, and validation activities.

Your leadership will span cross-functional teams, change control, and pFMEA while upholding safety and quality.

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified engineer with strong technical background.
• Experience driving Lean Manufacturing, TPM, and Six Sigma in regulated manufacturing.
• Familiarity with validation, change control and pFMEA processes.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for processes, products, equipment, validation, change control, and pFMEA.
• Lead cost and waste reduction programmes and continuous improvement initiatives including DBS methodologies.
• Champion safety, quality, and Right First Time performance across manufacturing teams.
