Cytiva, a Danaher operating company, is seeking a Process Operator at our Ilfracombe site to manufacture, inspect, test, and package products in line with quality and safety standards.

You will operate workstations safely, meet production targets, and contribute to continuous improvement through Lean and Kaizen activities.

The Process Operator is responsible for manufacturing, inspecting, testing and packaging product in accordance with quality standards whilst also ensuring production targets are met in line with production priorities .

This position reports to the Value Stream Leader and is part of the operations team located in Cytiva, Ilfracombe and will be an on-site role.

• Manufacture, inspect, test, and package products in line with quality, cosmetic, health, and safety standards.
• Operate workstations and equipment safely and efficiently while meeting production targets and priorities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance quality, efficiency, and cost effectiveness.

Who you are:

• Reliable, motivated team player with flexibility to work shift patterns and meet attendance expectations.
• Strong attention to detail, with good literacy and numeracy skills to support quality-focused production work.
• Committed to continuous improvement through participation in Lean Manufacturing and Kaizen activities, while meeting the physical demands of the role.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Experience with machine operating or working in a clean room environment
