Job summary

Müller Milk & Ingredients in Severnside is recruiting a Process Operative to ensure smooth raw milk intake, milk and cream processing, and related offload areas, with responsibility for lab testing and reporting results.

You will work 4 on 4 off (2 days, 2 nights) on site and participate in duties from paperwork checking to sample testing, loading tankers, following SOPs and driving cost efficiency.

• Operate equipment and processes effectively, including asset care, maximising output, adherence to plan, waste reduction and cost savings
• Undertake any other duties as required.

Job description

We are currently looking to recruit a Process Operative to join our Process Department at our Severnside Dairy within our Müller Milk & Ingredients business.

The purpose of this role is to ensure the smooth running of the raw milk intake, fresh milk processing, cream processing, cream export reclaim area and chemical offload area.

In addition to carrying out lab testing to analyse, record and report lab results in relation to all required processing lab tests.

Contract: Full Time- Permanent

Salary: starting from £35,842.06 per annum

Shift Pattern: 4 on 4 off (2 days, 2nights)

Location: Severnside
