Job summary

Frontgrade Technologies is seeking a Process Operations Technician III to manufacture assemblies using composite materials. You will follow written processes and verbal instructions to produce components and assemblies from raw materials in a safe, controlled environment.

Responsibilities include setting up equipment, using fixtures, mixing resins and fillers, and preparing surfaces for painting, all while adhering to process routing and safety standards. Four years of experience required.

Qualifications

• Four years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience following detailed processes and verbal instructions.

Responsibilities

• Work from process routing cards and procedures to manufacture products.
• Use tooling/fixturing for alignment and processing during manufacturing.
• Set up and operate equipment while maintaining a safe environment (ovens, coating and plating baths, measuring equipment, exhaust hoods, sanding tables).
• Mix materials such as resins, catalysts and fillers according to process instructions.
• Apply, cure and sand filler materials to prepare for painting.
• Cut material to size using shears, knives, cutters, scissors, router or saw.
