MBDA's UK Procurement Directorate has created a Governance and Performance team to ensure robust governance, performance management and compliance across all procurement activities. Your mission is to lead process improvements, automate where possible with digital solutions, and collaborate with the Group to align UK needs.
You will drive audits, map complex processes, engage senior stakeholders, and develop training to embed improvements across the UK and Europe.

Salary: Circa £55k depending on experience
Dynamic (hybrid) working: Since this role sits within a newly established and evolving organization, a consistent on-site presence (minimum 2-3 days per week) is required during the initial team-building phase. Additionally, travel to our UK and international sites will be expected, in order to strengthen stakeholder relationships and define our operational interfaces across the organisation.
Security Clearance: British Citizen or a Dual UK national with British citizenship. Restrictions and/or limitations relating to nationality and/or rights to work may apply. As a minimum and after offer stage, all successful candidates will need to undergo HMG Basic Personnel Security Standard checks (BPSS), which are managed by the MBDA Personnel Security Team.
