Process Manager with Loans experience urgently required for a market-leading company based in Nottingham.

You’ll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of their loans operations - working closely with servicing, product, and strategy teams to design and manage end: end processes that are not only efficient but customer-focused, scalable, and compliant.

You will design and own end: end loan processes that deliver strong customer outcomes, identifying, assessing, and managing process risks - with the right controls and mitigations.

Working closely with product, engineering, and servicing teams, you will drive continuous improvement (using Lean Six Sigma methodologies), lead root cause analysis and problem-solving for breakdowns and inefficiencies, whilst monitoring and share performance insights.

Applicants must have the following:

• Excellent experience in Process Management
• Proven skills in design and ownership of end: end loan processes
• Strong process design and continuous improvement skills
• Proven track record in identifying risks and implementing control frameworks
• Excellent stakeholder management and ability to work cross-functionally
• Strong decision-making and analytical skills with a customer-first mindset

This is an excellent opportunity for a proven Process Manager with a passion for efficiency, risk management, and customer experience to make a tangible impact on how the company serves their customers, streamline operations, and shape the future of lending.

It must be stressed that only those with proven experience in the design and ownership of end: end Loan processes will be considered for this position.

This is a permanent role offering a basic salary of between £50,000 + 56,000 + excellent benefits. The role operates on a hybrid basis with 3 days/ week on site, the rest from home.
