Process Manager
Hybrid – Swindon or London
Salary - £30,000 to £45,000 + Bonus

Objective of the role

The Paytech Nexus platform is the core processing platform for the Edenred group, handling over 1.5 billion transactions annually across 30+ countries through various channels, including open-loop and closed-loop card schemes, funding channels, and UK & SEPA bank payment rails.

This platform supports a diverse range of financial programs such as fintech challenger banks, travel, fuel, employee benefits, and retail gifting. Paytech manages products under its own e-money license, overseen by UK & Belgium regulators, and processes transactions for clients with their own licenses.

This role offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced, process-oriented individual to join the ‘Portfolio Tools & Process team’, responsible for deploying tools and processes that support Paytech’s portfolio delivery, involving over 300 staff across various departments.

The team’s key objectives include:

  1. Providing financial metrics and insights into costs and operational expenditure.
  2. Standardizing and maintaining a unified process reference for all employees.
  3. Managing tooling to maximize benefits.
  4. Providing KPIs to support portfolio delivery and capacity planning.

The goal is to enable efficient, standardized delivery processes, leveraging tooling for better decision-making in strategic project prioritization.

Key Responsibilities

Process Support:

  • Assist in implementing and overseeing portfolio delivery processes.
  • Lead review meetings, prepare data, communicate, and ensure adherence.
  • Facilitate quarterly planning, promoting continuous improvement.
  • Monitor user compliance with processes.
  • Support stakeholder workshops, gather data, and compile findings.
  • Proactively identify and address process defects.
  • Encourage process and tool innovation.

Tools Management:

  • Implement and advise on portfolio delivery tools (e.g., JIRA, JIRA Align, Tempo).
  • Manage configuration changes and monitor tool performance.
  • Perform operational updates to support processes.

Change Management:

  • Develop documentation and training materials.
  • Deliver training sessions and Q&A for users.
  • Organize change workshops and inform users of updates.

Data Control:

  • Maintain high data quality standards and implement corrective actions.
  • Monitor KPIs and performance metrics.
  • Support troubleshooting and process optimization.

Education: Graduate or equivalent experience

Professional Experience:

  • Change management experience is essential.
  • Background in process improvement initiatives beneficial.
  • Stakeholder management experience advantageous.
  • Knowledge of agile methodologies preferred.

Technical Skills:
