Job summary

Yeo Valley Farms (Production) Ltd. is seeking a senior process engineering professional to lead process engineering and improvement activities at the Blagdon site. You will coach engineers in process engineering and oversee the Process, Automation and Controls team to drive capability improvements.

Lead major capital projects, evaluate technologies, and mentor apprentices, promoting sustainable manufacturing practices and a strong safety culture.

Qualifications

• Higher learning qualification in Engineering discipline (HND or equivalent degree).
• Understanding of OEE and its impact on engineering.
• Demonstrable capability in applying advanced fault finding tools & techniques.

Responsibilities

• Manage process engineering and improvement activities at the Blagdon site and mentor engineers.
• Lead Process, Automation and Controls team to support manufacturing capability improvements.
• Drive major capital projects by evaluating technologies and applications.
