Job summary

Jaguar Land Rover's Electric Propulsion Manufacturing Centre (EPMC) Battery Operations team is seeking a Battery Triage Process Leader to drive frontline leadership in a fast-changing battery triage environment. You will coordinate disposition activities and lead continuous improvement to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality production.

You will work with cross-functional teams including Quality, Engineering and Maintenance to resolve issues, coach Team Leaders, and support production

Qualifications

• Demonstrating leadership capability and strong interpersonal skills within a manufacturing or operational environment.
• Applying knowledge of safety processes, safe systems of work and operational controls.
• Interpreting data and using problem-solving techniques to identify opportunities for performance improvement.
• Using planning and organisational skills to support operational delivery and continuous improvement activities.

Mornings - 6.00 -14:30 Monday to Thursday. Friday 6:00 -13:30
Afternoons - 14.30 - 23.00 Monday to Thursday. Friday 14.30 - 22.00

Join JLR's Electric Propulsion Manufacturing Centre (EPMC) and play a key role in supporting the future of electrified mobility. As part of our Battery Operations team, you'll lead critical battery triage activities, helping to ensure safe, efficient and high-quality operations within a rapidly evolving manufacturing environment.
As a Battery Triage Process Leader, you'll be at the centre of operational performance, leading teams, coordinating battery disposition activities and driving continuous improvement. This is an opportunity to work with pioneering technologies, develop your leadership capability and make a meaningful impact on the production systems that support the next generation of JLR vehicles.
