JLR’s Electric Propulsion Manufacturing Centre (EPMC) in Wolverhampton is seeking a Process Leader to oversee Battery Operations. You’ll lead the Battery Triage Area, coordinating battery disposition and live working activities while driving safety, quality and efficiency across the operation.

The role requires strong leadership and collaboration with Quality, Engineering and Maintenance teams to deliver continuous improvement and resilient production performance in a rapidly evolving

Qualifications

This role operates on an alternating shift pattern of Mornings and Afternoons (Subject to change based on business needs)

Mornings - 6.00 -14:30 Monday to Thursday. Friday 6:00 -13:30

Afternoons - 14.30 - 23.00 Monday to Thursday. Friday 14.30 - 22.00

As part of our Battery Operations team, you'll lead critical battery triage activities, helping to ensure safe, efficient and high-quality operations within a rapidly evolving manufacturing environment.

As a Battery Triage Process Leader, you'll be at the centre of operational performance, leading teams, coordinating battery disposition activities and driving continuous improvement. What To Expect

You will provide front-line leadership within the Battery Triage Area, creating an environment where safety, teamwork and continuous improvement are at the heart of everything you do. Working closely with teams across the business, you’ll help deliver operational excellence while supporting people to grow and succeed.
