Job summary

Framatome UK is seeking a Process Engineer to work on fluid flow projects across nuclear and non-nuclear sectors. You will deliver high quality engineering output and lead projects, coordinating engineers and technicians to meet client needs.

The role emphasizes development in single and multiphase flow, heat transfer and CFD, with internal and external training, and a strong safety and quality focus.

Qualifications

• A Masters or PhD in Process Engineering or related discipline with relevant experience.
• Advanced knowledge of single and multiphase fluid mechanics and industrial applications.
• Familiarity with data acquisition systems, programming (Python, VBA) and CFD desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering aspects of small and large projects and coordinate others in the team.
• Develop experimental test programmes and supervise tests in the laboratory, analysing results.
• Produce detailed technical reports and costings while ensuring budgets and deadlines.
