Albany Beck is a UK-based management consultancy partnering with leading financial services organisations to deliver complex change. We seek a Process Improvement Consultant to join our team and support a major financial services client on a business improvement initiative.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their process improvement career who enjoys analysing how organisations operate and identifying ways to make processes simpler, faster and more effective.

Qualifications

• Experience in Process/Business/Continuous Improvement roles.
• Knowledge of process mapping techniques.
• Familiarity with Lean, Lean Six Sigma or similar.
• Experience with Visio, Signavio, ARIS or equivalent.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Understanding of change management and project delivery.
• Experience in Financial Services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end reviews of business processes across multiple workstreams.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder discussions on operating models.
• Document current state processes using mapping tools.
• Analyze process data to identify bottlenecks and improvement opportunities.
• Design future state processes to improve efficiency and controls.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to implement improvements.
• Track outcomes and benefits to show measurable value.
• Support governance, reporting and change activities in the lifecycle.
• Promote continuous improvement within teams.
