Job summary

Project Draughtsperson (Process engineering) based in Lichfield, Staffordshire. Salary around £25K, start ASAP. The role requires mechanical engineering background and solid AutoCAD LT 2004 and Inventor skills.

You will work in a small team within a busy project department, liaising with suppliers and customers to discuss specifications, layouts and P& IDs. Occasional site visits will be necessary.

Qualifications

• Background in Mechanical Engineering (OND/HND/degree or apprenticeship or equivalent).
• Proficient in AutoCAD LT 2004 and AutoCAD Inventor.

Responsibilities

• Discuss specifications, layouts and P&IDs with suppliers and customers.
• Site visits with other engineers to discuss project needs.
• Provide design/draughting support as part of a small team in a busy project department.
