Euro Projects Recruitment is seeking a Process Engineer for a well-established advanced manufacturing business in Thame, Oxfordshire. This role offers an exciting opportunity to support production and improve manufacturing processes while working cross-functionally with various departments.
The ideal candidate will have a degree relevant to engineering and exposure to lean manufacturing or continuous improvement initiatives. Salary ranges from £40,000 to £48,000 depending on experience, along with 25 days of holiday and excellent development opportunities.
Qualifications
- Degree educated Engineer or similar with a background in advanced engineering or manufacturing.
- Experience with continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ability to create risk assessments and documentation.
Responsibilities
- Support production and improve manufacturing processes.
- Work cross-functionally with Production, Quality & Engineering.
- Potentially lead own projects with scope for progression.
