Qualifications

• Experience in process engineering or continuous improvement within a production-based environment.
• Proven ability to deliver improvements in efficiency, equipment performance, or overall operational effectiveness.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience applying structured improvement methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Lead improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.
