Job summary

The role requires experience in RCA and continuous improvement methodologies, with opportunities to contribute to automation and advanced production equipment.

Qualifications

  • Experience as Reliability Engineer or Senior Maintenance Engineer or Process Engineer.
  • Strong data analysis and implementing measurable improvements.
  • RCA/Kaizen/Six Sigma or other CI methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze equipment performance data to identify trends and drive reliability improvements.
  • Lead root cause investigations to eliminate repeat failures.
  • Present KPI reports and action plans to improve performance.
  • Lead major breakdown investigations and implement corrective actions.
