Job summary

Stirling Warrington is seeking a Reliability Engineer to join a brand-new manufacturing facility in Wolverhampton, delivering data-driven reliability improvements and reduced downtime.

You will analyse equipment performance, lead RCA investigations, and present KPI reports while working with state-of-the-art robotics and automation in a clean environment. This role offers a competitive salary and strong benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience as Reliability Engineer, Senior Maintenance Engineer, or Process Engineer.
• Strong experience analyzing data and implementing measurable improvements.
• Proven knowledge of RCA, Kaizen, Six Sigma, or other CI methodologies.
• Confident communicating performance data and leading improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Analyzing equipment performance data to identify trends and drive reliability improvements.
• Leading RCA investigations to eliminate repeat failures.
• Presenting daily and weekly KPI reports with action plans.
• Leading major breakdown investigations and implementing corrective actions.

DAYS - 39 hours a week - 1pm finish on Friday

The Role

As a Reliability Engineer, you’ll play a key role in improving equipment performance and reducing downtime by identifying recurring issues and implementing long-term solutions.

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:

• Analysing equipment performance data to identify trends and drive reliability improvements.
• Leading root cause analysis investigations to eliminate repeat failures.
• Presenting daily and weekly KPI reports, along with action plans to improve performance.
• Leading major breakdown investigations and implementing corrective actions
