The ideal candidate will have an engineering qualification and experience in a factory environment, with hands-on problem-solving skills and a collaborative approach with Production, Quality and Maintenance teams.

Qualifications

• This role requires an engineering qualification and experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Demonstrated problem-solving skills and ability to implement process improvements.
• Experience applying Lean Manufacturing, TPM, SMED or similar methodologies.

Responsibilities

• Support the optimisation and continuous improvement of manufacturing processes across the site.
• Collaborate with Production, Quality and Maintenance teams to improve process capability and reduce waste.
• Assist with introduction of new products and equipment to the production line.
