Job summary

Axis, based near Bedford, seeks a Process Engineer to develop and maintain manufacturing process procedures for high-technology EMS with low-to-medium volume. You will work with Engineering, Maintenance and Technical Manufacturing to keep processes operational and streamlined.

You should have an Engineering degree or relevant experience, strong English communication, and expertise in Lean Manufacturing with data-driven decision making.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or relevant industry experience required.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing and waste elimination.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and data-driven decision making.

Responsibilities

• Introduce, monitor and maintain manufacturing processes.
• Collaborate with business areas on continuous improvement.
• Assist onboarding and requirements capture of new customers.
• Provide technical mentoring for manufacturing processes.
• Stay updated with advances in technology and industry standards.
• Maintain relationships with Axis personnel, customers and suppliers.
