Job summary

ADM is seeking a Process Engineer for our oilseeds refinery. You will review and improve production processes, identify safety and efficiency enhancements, and fine-tune methods with data-driven testing.

You will collaborate with stakeholders to implement improvements, address equipment issues, and support capital projects. The role emphasizes continuous improvement, training of operators, and ensuring adherence to HSE and GMP standards while engaging with multiple departments for smooth

Qualifications

• Degree in engineering or related field.
• 1–3 years post graduate experience with process plant/manufacturing operations.
• Strong HSE knowledge in a production environment.

Responsibilities

• Review and assess existing refinery production processes.
• Identify process safety and efficiency improvements with stakeholders.
• Fine-tune production by researching, designing, modifying and testing methods and equipment.
• Rectify production and equipment problems as required.
• Analyze plant and process data/metrics.
• Identify cost parameters and opportunities for cost reductions.
• Assist in preparing capital proposals and interface production/engineering.
• Coordinate with production management for plant shutdowns.
• Ensure compliance with ADM H&S, HACCP and GMP policies and procedures.
• Provide training and guidance to operators and update SOPs.
• Maintain cross-department communication to avoid production disruption.
