  • Own and monitor the performance of the Biological Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP) to ensure stable operation and environmental compliance.
  • Optimize key treatment processes, including aeration, chemical dosing, and sludge management.
  • Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting for day-to‑day operations and process upsets.
  • Analyze process performance data and identify opportunities to enhance treatment efficiency.
  • Manage sampling programs and execute compliance monitoring activities.
  • Contribute to environmental audits, reporting requirements, and regulatory inspections.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement operational changes through Management of Change (MOC) processes.
  • Partner with site teams to maintain high standards of health, safety, and environmental performance.
