• Knowledge of legislation such as HASAWA 1974, PSSR, DSEAR, and relevant ACOPs.
• Strong problem-solving skills in complex manufacturing environments.

• Experience in developing and delivering asset life plans.
• Ability to manage conflicting deadlines and priorities.
• Proficiency in software like Excel and CAD.
• Experience in hygienic process design and biotechnology is preferred.

What You'll Be Doing:

Join a team valuing diversity, sustainability, and innovation, where your ideas matter.

• Work with process engineers to ensure site operation is optimized.
• Collaborate with technical, operational, and engineering teams on projects to improve safety, operability, and profitability.
• Define project goals, milestones, and deliverables with site leadership.
• Prepare cost estimates and submit CAPEX requests.
• Provide process engineering expertise during project design, including developing PFDs, P&IDs, URS, and resource-efficient designs.
• Manage project budgets and report performance to senior management.
• Participate in safety reviews and ensure risks are managed to ALARP.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors to meet standards and perform factory/site acceptance tests.
• Ensure project delivery aligns with policies, including installation, commissioning, and handover.
• Become the process expert for specific site areas, assisting in troubleshooting and debottlenecking.
