About The Opportunity

This is an opportunity to register your interest in future Process Engineer roles within UK‑based manufacturing and automation environments. Roles of this type could support the delivery of optimised production systems and operational excellence across diverse industrial settings.

You could be working within collaborative engineering teams at businesses focused on process improvement, automation integration and manufacturing efficiency. Typical Role Overview
  • Location: UK-wide
  • Full-time permanent positions available
  • Type: Permanent
  • Full-time
  • Day Rate: £250–280 per day (standard), £350–380 per day (senior scope)
  • Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent
  • Standard: ISO 9001 manufacturing environment
What You Would Do
  • Contributing to the design and optimisation of manufacturing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
  • Supporting the implementation of process improvements and automation solutions
  • Conducting process analysis, data collection and root cause problem‑solving
  • Collaborating with production, quality and maintenance teams to enhance operational performance
  • Documenting and standardising processes to ensure consistency and compliance with ISO 9001 requirements
  • Supporting continuous improvement initiatives and identifying opportunities for automation
  • Assisting with troubleshooting and optimising existing production systems
What You Could Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical, Manufacturing or equivalent discipline)
  • Working knowledge of ISO 9001 or equivalent quality management systems
  • Experience in process optimisation, process improvement or manufacturing environments
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities
  • Proficiency in data analysis and process modelling tools
  • Effective communication and stakeholder collaboration skills
  • Familiarity with continuous improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma (advantageous)
