Elix Sourcing Solutions is seeking a Process Engineer to join their Didcot site, driving process and manufacturing improvements and leading projects to boost production efficiency.

You’ll manage engineering budgets and NPIs, map out new initiatives and deliver cost efficiencies. This is a Monday–Friday days role with training and benefits, and a clear path for development for candidates within commutable reach of Didcot, Abingdon, Oxford, Wantage and Colsey.

Due to continued growth, my client is looking for a process engineer to join the team at their state of the art facility near Didcot. The successful applicant will be responsible for designing, planning, managing and executing manufacturing & process projects, playing a vital role in improving production efficiencies. You will strategically plan new projects for the business to support with NPI activities, waste reduction and engineering budget management. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to gain exposure to a growing sector and make a real difference within their next employer.
