Your Responsibilities
  • Evaluate manufacturing processes to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
  • Focus on minimizing changeover times by collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline procedures.
  • Analyze production data and conduct time and motion studies to optimize operations.
  • Develop strategies to reduce cycle times while maintaining quality.
  • Implement process improvements to boost productivity and minimize waste.
  • Establish quality control protocols and inspection procedures.
  • Investigate and resolve quality issues and non-conformance incidents in collaboration with the Quality Manager.
  • Assess machinery performance and recommend upgrades or modifications.
  • Contribute to cost reduction initiatives in the fiberglass melting and forming processes.
  • Manage multiple projects, ensuring documentation and communication of process changes.
  • Oversee the operation of the forming process from start to finish.
  • Communicate technical information effectively to non-technical stakeholders.
Ideal Candidate Profile
  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Manufacturing Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to give clear and simple instructions.
