What you'll be doing

• Carry out manufacturing projects to deliver process development and line trials.
• Support creation of customer and factory specifications, ensuring accurate product labelling.
• Plan, prepare, and execute process development and line trials.
• Provide process guidance to manufacturing teams to promote best practices.
• Monitor process trends for launch adherence and process optimization.
• Identify and facilitate continuous improvement projects.
• Document line trials ensuring food safety, quality, and customer standards are met.
• Assess equipment capability to meet standards and drive improvements.
• Maintain a safe working environment per health and safety policies.

What we're looking for

We value diversity and encourage applications from all backgrounds. Ideally, you will have:

• A degree in food science or related field, with relevant manufacturing experience.
• Qualifications such as Level 3 Food Hygiene, Level 2 HACCP, Level 2 Microbiological training, etc.
• Experience evaluating shelf-life results and interpreting customer codes.
• Proficiency with computer programs and analyzing project data.
• Knowledge of legal labelling legislation and retailer systems (desirable).
• Understanding of relevant technology and key performance indicators.
• GMP knowledge, basic hygiene, legal labelling, and weight legislation understanding.
